Here is a video showing some of the systems on my setup. This was a cool flight from LTBA (Istanbul Ataturk Airport) to LGAV (Eleftherios Venizelos) over the beautiful Aegean sea. Calm weather with CAVOK.
Overhead circuit breakers are PU cast from an original Circuit Breaker. Backlighting is done via white led stripes. A really cool touch to the simulator and the shell.
I've first accomplished the 3D design of the complete cockpit prior to beginning with the construction work. The construction is mainly out of wood with special priming and painting techniques. In this way, I was able to judge dimensional issues as i did not have the chance to go inside a real cockpit and measure things out.

Finally I've solved the calibration issue with OC SIOC and the wet compass is working. This demonstation shows a heading change from 0 to 90 with the compass following the heading change. Somehow with heading change the 022C offset of FSUIPC slips back and then returns back to normal ( I am still investigation this).
This is a private Project, which started in 2003. It is a 1-1 size (without motion) Airbus A320 simulator based at home. It is full one-to-one scale cabin with GLARE, MAIN, PEDESTAL and OVERHEAD Panels. Currently there is a single short throw BenQ projector for the outside world.

For the electronic interfacing, I started off with EPIC back in 2005 but since the past 5 years I've reverted to opencockipts electronic I/O cards for the simulator, which is much more flexible compared to EPIC cards.
Here are some updates from the wet compass construction progress. I am working to solve the initialization (calibration) issue with my step motor card. Will update in due course
